If you are an international high school student, you are eligible if you attend one of the following:
- A secondary school in B.C.
- An offshore high school that has been inspected and certified by the B.C. 政府.

You are eligible for this scholarship if:
- You have been affected by a national crisis or catastrophe in your home region.
- You meet the admission requirements and are eligible to enroll in a program of study open to international students at tG反波胆首页.
